Restaurant Style Butter Masala Cooking Sauce has been developed from a highly aromatic masala mix with the addition of melted butter to give the sauce a truly rich and buttery flavour. Butter Masala sauce can form the cooking base for most curries and will always leave a rich and creamy taste in the mouth. Although this sauce is ‘rich’ in its make up, the sheer delight of savouring a Butter Masala dish is a temptation too great to resist.
