Ingredients:

Simtom Madras Cooking Sauce (360g)
Chicken / Meat / Par-Boiled Vegetables (450g)
Vegetable Oil (1tbsp)


Garnish: Sliced Green Peppers, Onion, Tomatoes, Fresh Coriander

Chicken Madras

Serves 3 People
Fry 1 diced onion and 450g chicken / meat / par-boiled vegetables in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown.
Add jar of 360g Simtom Madras Cooking Sauce, bring to the boil, add 200ml water and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until chicken / meat / par-boiled vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. For more sauce add water. Please note these cooking times are intended as a guide only. Garnish with sliced green peppers, onion, tomatoes and fresh coriander.
Serve hot on a bed of rice with cool Raita (by mixing chopped cucumber and natural yoghurt), naan and poppadoms and a selection of Simtom’s pickles and chutneys.
