Ingredients:
Cod Steaks (4)
Simtom Green Masala Curry Paste (2tbsp)
Lime Juice (1tbsp)
Fresh Coriander (2tbsp)
Garnish: Tomato, Lime
Cod Masala
Serves 2 People
Place 4 cod steaks on 4 pieces of foil 20cm x 20cm.
Mix 2 tbsp Simtom Green Masala with 1 tbsp lime juice.
Coat each cod steak with the mixture. Sprinkle half tbsp fresh chopped coriander on each steak.
Wrap the fish in the foil and steam for 15 – 20 minutes.
Garnish with tomato and lime.
Serve with rice and a selection of Simtom pickles and chutneys.
