Ingredients:

Chicken (400g)
Simtom Curry Paste (2tbsp)
Vegetable Oil (1tbsp)
Onion (1)
Tomato (1)
Green Pepper (1)

Chicken Curry

Serves 2 People
Slice 1 medium and sauté in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add 400g of cubed chicken and fry for 7 minutes until golden brown. Add 2 tbsp Simtom Curry Paste Mild, 1 large chopped tomato and fry for 2 minutes. Add one diced green pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes, reduce the head, add 50ml of water and allow sauce to thicken for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice and a selection of Simtom’s pickles and chutneys.
