Curry Pastes (Catering)
Curry Paste Mild
The term ‘Curry’ is a generic name to describe the sauce base of most Indian dishes. It was taken from a Tamil word ‘khari’, which is usually understood to mean gravy or sauce. Nowadays, curries are prepared in many cultures other than Indian, like Thai, Malaysian, Chinese etc. The memorable taste of a curry is also defined by the familiar choice of exotic spices used, like, garlic, turmeric, saffron, cumin and fenugreek, just to name a few.
