Pickles (Classic Range)
Garlic pickle is an acquired taste and leaves a strong flavour in the mouth, regardless of the food preparation. The medicinal and ‘healing’ properties associated with the ingestion of garlic is well known and Indians place a very high regard for the use of garlic in their culinary fayre. Garlic pickle uses whole cloves of garlic in a spicy marinade and can be used as a cooking accompaniment or just as a side dish with any Indian curry meal.
Garlic (70%), Salt, Vegetable Oil, Chilli, Mustard, Food Acid : Acetic, Fenugreek, Spices.
