Green Masala Paste
Derived from its rich emerald green colouring, Green Masala or ‘Hara Masala’ is a mild masala paste. Its distinctively tangy and aromatic flavour is owed to the rich mix of coriander, garlic and ginger. Great with shrimp, poultry or vegetable dishes, especially those containing coconut milk. You can add Green Masala to a lentil dish (Dhal) to really liven it up.
Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Coriander, Water, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Diacetate, Chilli, Spices, Food Acid: Acetic, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite.

Vegetable Oil separates and may settle at the top, please stir well before use. Once opened, store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening.
