Chilli Pepper has been cultivated since the beginning of time and the earliest (commercially bottled) chilli sauce product is reputed to have come from Massachusetts in 1807. It is a known fact that civilisations like the Astecs and Inca’s have been using chilli sauce for a long time. Simtom has been developing its table sauces since 1977 and have a widely acclaimed favourite with its flagship Hot Pepper Sauce.
