Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce
Jalfrezi or ‘jhal frezi’ is a hang over from the British raj when left over meats were ‘stir fried’ together with cut onions, capsicums and spices to make a rather tasty dish. It also has its original roots with the Mughals, who introduced the concept. Simtom Restaurant Style Jalfrezi Sauce is a highly flavoured recipe which has been developed in our kitchens to perfection, producing a highly memorable flavour that is used in many restaurants and by caterers.
