Korma Cooking Sauce

As with all Korma preparations, the richly flavoured and aromatic cooking suace mix has its roots in Mughlai cuisine. Korma has become synonymous with a highly flavoured and creamy mild curry that is every bit British as it is Indian. Korma dishes were also very popular in the colonial days of the Raj and were very popular at banquets and official parties. Korma dishes are mild and have a slightly sweet ‘after sensation’.

Water, Vegetable Oil, Tomato Puree (6%), Coriander (4%), Cumin, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Sugar, Milk Powder, Wheat Flour, Spices, Coconut (1%), Salt, Food Acid: Citric, Tamarind, Garlic, Food Acid: Acetic, Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite.
