As with all Korma preparations, the richly flavoured and aromatic cooking sauce mix has its roots in Mughlai cuisine. Korma has become synonymous with a highly flavoured and creamy mild curry that is every bit British as it is Indian. Korma dishes were also very popular in the colonial days of the Raj and were very popular at banquets and official parties. Simtom RS Korma Cooking Sauce is at the premium end with a rich flavour.
