Ingredients:
Cubed Lamb (400g)
Simtom Tikka Paste (3tbsp)
Natural Yoghurt (2tbsp)
Lamb Tikka
Serves 2 People
Combine 3 tbsp Simtom Tikka Paste with 2 tbsp natural yoghurt. Add 400g lean cubed lamb, marinate for 3 hours.
Thread lamb on to skewers and place on a greased baking tray, in an oven heated to 200C, Gas Mark 6 for 20 – 25 minutes, longer if you prefer your lamb well done.
Also great with Chicken. Serve with naan bread and a selection of Simtom’s pickles and chutneys.
