Mango Pickle Extra Hot
Like the milder version, the ‘extra hot’ mango pickle is made of preserved raw mangoes in a briny liquor for several days. The contents are then sun-dried for a long period of time to allow the natural goodness of the fruit and marinade to unite. The dried and matured fruit is then mixed with vegetable oil, herbs, spices and chillies to give it its distinct hot and spicy flavour.
Mango (67%), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Chilli (2%), Fenugreek, Mustard, Food Acid : Acetic, Turmeric.
