Unlike the usual ‘watery’  mixture often endured at Indian restaurants, Simtom Restaurant Style Mint & Cucumber Raita is noticeably rich and creamy in texture, balancing the fine flavours of refreshing mint with cucumber and gently spiced with ground cumin, salt, lemon juice and a generous helping of fresh cream.

Yogurt (64%), Double Cream, Cucumber (10%), Sugar, Water, Thickner (Modified Maize Starch), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Salt, Ground Cumin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid) Ground Chillies, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Dried Mint.
