The art of pickling is a very ancient tradition in many cultures and India has such a vast array of ‘achar’ types for sampling. Indian mixed pickle is all about a colourful gathering of tasty fruit and vegetables mixed together with oil, spices and herbs to create a unique mix of flavours working together to create a tangy and sharp spicy taste. Unlike western mixed pickles like Branston, an Indian Mixed pickle is not sweet.
Mango (20%), Lime (19%), Vegetable Oil, Green Chilli (11%), Carrot (10%), Salt, Mustard, Karonda - type of indian cherry (3%), Fenugreek, Lime Juice, Food Acid : Acetic, Spices, Paprika Extract.
