Ingredients:
Simtom Tandoori Paste (4 tbsp)
Cassava (750g)
Yoghurt (4 tbsp)
Chillies (1 finely chopped)
Garlic (1 tsp)
Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
Tandoori Cassava (Mogo)
Serves 2 People
Boil half a saucepan of salted water and place the Cassava in the pan. Cook Cassava until half boiled (semi tender). Mix together Simtom Tandoori Paste, yoghurt, chilies, garlic and add lemon juice to taste. Add half a teaspoon of salt to complete the marinade. Drain the Mogo (Cassava) and marinade in the mixture for approx. 2 hours. Line a baking tray with foil and place the marinaded Cassava on the tray. Cover with another sheet of foil and cook in a pre-heated oven on gas mark 6 for 30 minutes.
