Ingredients:

Large Chicken Breasts (4)
Simtom Tandoori Paste (3tbsp)
Natural Yoghurt (2tbsp)
Lemon / Lime Juice (2tbsp)
Fresh Coriander (1tbsp)

Garnish: Fresh Coriander, Lemon

Tandoori Chicken

Serves 2 People
Thoroughly combine 3 tbsp Simtom Tandoori Paste, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt, 2 tbsp lemon/lime juice, 1 tbsp fresh coriander. Place 4 large skinned chicken breast in marinade: Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours. Remove excess marinade and bake in an oven at 200C, Gas mark 6 for 30 minutes, basting with melted butter. Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon. Simtom Tandoori Paste is great for the barbecue. Serve with rice and a selection of Simtom’s pickles and chutneys.
