Tandoori Marinade
The history of ‘marinading’ can be traced back to the Egyptians and has since been a universal cooking technique. The word ‘marinare’ is Italian and was a means by which fish was pickled. This style of food preparation is now incorporated into the culinary vocabulary of most cultures and a growing list of exotic blends and marinades keep appearing for the testing. Simtom Tandoori Marinade is our very own Indian style of marinade for use all year round.
