In the event of a cancellation, you may cancel your order without charge, we specify you cancel your order within one working day (cut-off time is 4pm). In the event of you receiving an incorrect order please return the unopened goods and notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods, no charge will be made. We shall refund the full cost of the goods together with the cost of postage within 28 days.
Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 3 days with details of the damage, if possible pictures should be sent to shop@simtom.co.uk. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them free of charge.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within ten working days of receipt of order for UK deliveries. However, we cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale – neither can we guarantee delivery on a particular day. Should we not be able to deliver within the timescale above, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.
All UK orders are sent out to you by our selected courier. We keep our delivery charges at a flat rate of £4.95 and if you spend £30 or more we’ll send your order FREE of P&P.
European deliveries
Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to UK mainland.
We want to make sure that your shopping experience with Simtom Food Products Limited meets your expectations. If you are unhappy with your product we will ensure, where appropriate to arrange for a full replacement to be sent to you free of charge or credit you the purchase price of the item.
Simtom Food Products Limited will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless Simtom Food Products Limited is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Data collected from the Simtom Food Products Limited website will be used to process your order and help improve the layout and website features.
On receiving any complaint, Simtom Food Products Limited will acknowledge any complaint within five working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within fifteen working days. If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you and keep you informed of further progress.
The contract for the sale of goods or services by Simtom Food Products Limited from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
