Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce

Tikka Masala has been elevated to ‘star status’ when a previous Foreign Secretary (Robin Cook) dared to elevate this dish above the traditional great British fish and chip dinner. Essentially, a Tikka Masala is the spicy and highly flavoured sauce preparation in a bed of mixed spices. A Tikka base underlies many a tasty Indian meat preparation, whether it be chicken, lamb or beef. Simtom RS Tikka Masala Sauce can be used with a whole host of meats and vegetables.
