Ingredients:
Simtom Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce (360g)
Chicken / Meat / Par-Boiled Vegetables (450g)
Yoghurt (2tbsp)
Garnish: Toasted Almonds, Fresh Coriander, Lemo
Vegetable Tikka Masala
Serves 3 People
Fry 1 diced onion and 450g chicken / meat / par-boiled vegetables in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Add jar of 360g Simtom Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce, bring to the boil, add 200ml water and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until chicken / meat / par-boiled vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. For more sauce add water. Please note these cooking times are intended as a guide only. Add 2 tbsp of yoghurt to give a creamier sauce and garnish with toasted almonds, fresh coriander and a wedge of lemon. Serve hot on a bed of rice with naan and poppadoms and a selection of Simtom’s pickles and chutneys.
